Post Wifi Spots -- list 'em

How about a sticky list of free wifi (wireless internet connections) spots around the country by region? (By free I mean you don't have to be a guest or have to pay for access -- just walk in and hop online)

For example, just got wifi at Sosua by the Sea Boutique Beach Resort in Sosua.

Anyone else?

Default La Universidad Iberoamericana in SD

That's UNIBE for those familiar w/ the DR's love of acronyms and contractions. Located in Gazque, Avenida Francia 129. Wifi available in the library, adjacent courtyard, and cafeteria. It is, however, for students and staff only.

Lobby of the Jaragua in Santo Domingo -- at least I tapped it free when I was there 3 weeks ago.
