electric rate help

in the past week i saw some post regarding electric rates. it actually gave the rate structure for the different levels of usage. i cant find it, can anyone lead me to the thread. thanks

I went over this month, and went from 2800 pesos to 6300 pesos, Air conditioning season has started! I'm not even bi***ing since I was aware of this inevitability, I just shrugged my shoulders and sighed while reaching deeper into my pocket for more pesos. Guess I am in "Stage 3" of acceptance, per Rocky's analogy!
