Cheap hotels in Puerto Plata

We just got back from a week in Puerto Plata doing the all inclusive thing. We have discovered that the all inclusive thing is simply not our style at all. We barely spent any time at the resort!

We are wondering if anyone can give us names and contact info for any of the local hotels in Puerto Plata or Sosua?

In POP, the Victoria near the Parque Central and Banco Popular, 350rd night.
The INdio, behindSuper mercado Meson, 350rd night.
Both are basic, clean fans, tv, Indio has an in room fridge and always has water.
Those are the cheap ones and are located a couple blocks off the malecon, etc. Sorry no numbers..
