Friday March 28
Another beautiful day in paradise. It seems we are back to normal patterns, hot and sunny in the day, a bit breezy, clouds building in the late afternoon with a chance of a shower.
Today it is 86F and it feels humid. While it is sunny now, I would not be surprised if we had a shower later.

Planner's in the hospital taking care of a friend, so here's the weather report from sunny Toronto.
1 degree C (35F)... feels like -4 (27F). Oh, oh, wrong one!
It's been raining for the last few days in Puerto Plata.
Today it's partly cloudy.

Our friend is not well. Planner has been with her in the hopsital for the last 2 days. It is very serious.
As for weather. Today and yesterday we are experiencing nothing but rain, with thunder and lightning tonight.

Today's Weather in POP
Maybe I can help out with the weather, I know Planner is otherwise distracted right now.
The sky cleared off last night, could see the light on top of the mountain about 11 pm, no rain through the night. It is partially cloudy today, it is also quite windy, but when the sun comes out from behind those clouds it is warm. I have seen many people in the pool at the resort today, so not too cold for tourists. Hoping the wind blows the clouds and rain away for a nice weekend.

Monday April 7
Good morning, thanks Milo for filling in. First - the weather has been fabulous! We have 85 F under bright sunny skies.
I've spent most of the last 8 days at Centro Medico in Puerto Plata with a good friend. She is being sent home to Canada tomorrow by her insurance company.
I plan to create at least 2 separate threads to talk about the experience, maybe others can learn from it. All in all the staff at Centro Medico have been fabulous.

Wednesday, April 9
Will post for Planner, her friend has gone back to Canada. Planner is probably busy today catching up on things, including sleep.
It is hot and sunny today. There are a couple of big fluffy clouds and a little bit of a breeze that will provide a little relief from those working on their tans.
