Beautiful Ocean Views from the living room, bedroom and terrace. Terrace doors open wide to bring the outdoors in. The apartment was totally renovated 2 years ago. Cable TV and inverter included. You pay for your electric use. The apartment has Central AC which will cool the whole apartment (but increase your electric bill). I seek a long term tenant with some type of references.
