we were advised that this hotel/resort was 4.5 stars.it may be a 4.5 out of 10.liked the service people but there was a constant feeling of being hustled by the time share promotors and the daily realization that guests wre totally dissatified with the accomodations they were given.the resort has a run-down feel to it.definately an upper management problem and it is their decision to keep this enterprise running at a low end level.upgraded restaurants(4) were great on service but very short on food quality, preparation,and authenticity.besides that, wife and i recharged remerged, and remember not to revisit. there has got to be better out there.
